Want to learn how the professionals Torte and Ganache their cakes with a smooth and Sharp Finish? Well you can in this hands on class along side Janene from Sugar Top Cakes.
Our classes are kept small to ensure personal attention and support thought the entire class, with only 4 spots available!

Suitable for intermediate to novice, this fun class will help students take their cake decorating skills to the next level
During class we focus on combing may techniques that can be used though out your cake decorating adventures

Prepare a cake for decorating
Package, transport and store your cake correctly
In this class you will be decorating a 4 layer 7” round cake
(7” round x 4” tall)
The flavour will be Vanilla Confetti Cake with White Chocolate Ganache
Cake serves 18 dessert slices (32 coffee slices)
