Our classes are kept small to ensure personal attention and support thought the entire class, with only 4 spots available!

Suitable for intermediate to novice, this fun class will help students take their cake decorating skills to the next level 

During class we focus on combing may techniques that can be used though out your cake decorating adventures

In this Class you will learn how to

Make Ganache 

Evenly slice cake layers

Torte, Stack and Smoothly Ganache

Achieve sharp edges
Prepare a cake for decorating 

Package, transport and store your cake correctly

Cake Information

In this class you will be decorating a 4 layer 7” round cake 

(7” round x 4” tall) 

The flavour will be Vanilla Confetti Cake with White Chocolate Ganache  

Cake serves 18 dessert slices (32 coffee slices)

What do you need to bring

Nothing, just yourself! 

All materials, ingredients and aprons will be provided on the day of class
Please note in the comments section of your Checkout or in your email if you have any Dietary requirements i.e Gluten Free, Vegetarian ect

Please arrive 15min prior to the class start time and wear comfortable closed toe shoes.

What the day involves

4 hours of hands on cake decorating with an interactive demonstration on making white chocolate ganache and evenly slicing layers of cake . Refreshments and a light snack

A $69 non refundable deposit is payable to confirm and secure your position in this class 

The balance of the class may be paid off in instalments or lump sum with final payment or payment in full being received 1week prior to the class starting date 

Further payment details will be provided in your confirmation email

This class requires a minimum of 2 students, in the event of the class not having 2 students booked a full refund or credit of your deposit will be given


By purchasing this class you agree to our refund policy. 

If you are unable to attend the class(es) booked, please inform Sugar Top Cakes no later than 14days prior to the class commencing 

If the cancellation is less than 14days of the class date, you will need to find a replacement student. If no replacement is available you will forfeit your place, deposit and any payments  

All designs, classes, notes ect taught as part of Sugar Top Cakes Classes remain the property of Sugar Top Cakes and cannot be reproduced in any part for teaching purposes or distribution 

You may take as may photos as you like during the lesson but strictly NO VIDEO

Class time may vary depending on different skill levels

A Minimum of 2 Students is required for this Class to run, students must be 16 years or older.

Sugar Top Cakes reserve the rights to Cancel or Re Schedule this Class if the minimum number of students is not meet 14 days prior to the class commencing
